They thought only Detroit’s baseball team could do the trick. Not great not bad. This guy tells it like it is and doesn’t sugarcoat stuff, while still managing to NOT be another run of the mill “hot take artist”. Loved the topics, I laughed a lot with you guys. Now that TJ is gone, I will never listen to Mike on the radio again. Been listening to Mike since 2014 when I turned 20. Have been listening to Valenti (and Foster) with my dad since I was I kid. I learned to look past all that and have grown to love the 2-6 slot and I look forward to hearing him everyday. Definitely enjoy the ratings and critiques of the different teams/organizations! I think a good opportunity missed. The podcast I can’t wait to see where it goes, hoping for something great. These guys are great together as a sports talk team and are hilarious. GO WHITE!!!! He repeats the same “Harbaugh is overrated and should be fired but the Michigan fans are too dumb to realize it” argument so often, not only is the horse dead, but it’s turned to fertilizer, fall has gone to winter then spring, and Valenti is still beating the weeds growing in the ground where the horse died years ago. It’s raw and real! The podcast is on an entire new level, I look forward to it every week. Been listening to Mike since high school and it’s made me a much smarter sports fan. I’m in. I've been listening to 97.1 the Ticket for well over 10 years, and it's only because Valenti and T and now that Mike's got a podcast it's by far the best sports content out there PERIOD. Giving an extra 90 mins a week of content that allows the guys to do great segments that step outside the box has been fantastic. BUT, he was always right about what he was talking about.
